Architectural Forms - View as Generic Request Form

ngugel@hoallife.com Updated by ngugel@hoallife.com

Based on your Association’s needs, the HOALife’s Architectural Request Forms can be used for many purposes.

For this reason, you now have the ability to treat these request forms as generic forms. If engaged, this feature would remove the title “Architectural” from the form page as well as list each individual form available separately on the Dashboard as well as the Owner's portal. All other aspects of the Architectural requests forms will stay the same (creating, editing, voting, etc.).

This video will give you a quick tour of how these changes will be reflected in your Dashboard and the Owner’s Portal. After reviewing, please let us know if you would like to enable this feature.

As an Association you can determine if this change would be beneficial to your workflow. HOALife gives you flexibility in their creation and use with the different field options available to you. Some examples of how this form has been used outside of Architectural Requests are:

  • Service Requests
  • Reservation Requests
  • Amenity Requests/Passes
