Architectural Letter and Email Templates

Architectural Letter and Email templates allow you to send Association specific and personalized communications to owners throughout their ARC submittal process. 

Default emails are sent to owners after submitting a request and when a final decision is made. By entering your own email template, you will override the default messaging. 

Templates can be located and created by navigating to your Association drop down menu on your dashboard

To enter a template, you will use the same process as a Property Template. Using Dynamic Variables you can personalize these communications to reflect not only the owner’s information but their architectural request information as well. 

Please note that the HOALife system does not automatically send any letters for Architectural Requests. This will need to be done manually once templates are created. 

To draft and send a letter directly from the request page, select “new letter”. You will then be able to choose your template or freeform a letter directly to the owner. As with all HOALife letters, you can then choose your delivery method (manual or no touch delivery). 

Any letters or emails sent will then be recorded on the request page to ensure that accurate records are kept in one place for any Association historical purposes.
