Portal Announcements allow you to post important information or reminders to owners that they will see upon logging into their Owner’s Portal. This is a great tool for meeting reminders, maintenance schedules or any other information that may be useful for owners at a quick glance. Portal Announcements can be updated and changed as often as necessary for your Association. 

From your Association drop down, go to Settings.

Scroll down to Portal Announcement. From here you can enter the information that you would like to be visible to owners in their portal. Note - Annotation is what is visible in your HOALife Dashboard for Users only.

Be sure to click the blue Update Account button on the bottom of your page to save your announcement.

This announcement is now visible for any owner who logs into their portal.
