Annotation
Updated by Tom Normand
What is an Annotation?
The Annotation feature is a great way to add Association specific insight and information to the Dashboard and Inspection Summary Reports to enlighten both internal users and Board members receiving Inspection Summary Reports.
Creating an Annotation
An Annotation can be easily created with two steps:
- Select
Settings
under the Association menu.
- Enter the text in the Annotation box and format as desired.
Viewing an Annotation
- If an Annotation exists, it will be visible in a blue shaded section at the top of an association's dashboard. This is a great place to keep managers, inspectors and administrative staff easily informed of individual association policies and procedures.
- Annotations also appear on the 2nd page of the Inspection Summary Report. This is an excellent place to convey information about individual association violation policies to Board members receiving the report.
