Return Email Addresses

When sending a bulk email communication or a violation notice, emails are sent from HOALife, not from your personal email address. This function cannot be edited or adjusted for custom or static email addresses.

The return email address will be specific to each property to allow any reply conversation to be automatically assigned to that property creating a record of the conversation. This ensures that any responses from an owner do not get lost in your inbox, but can be easily associated with the correct correspondence.

This also means that the property owner does not know exactly who the author of the email is (unless you chose to disclose your identity). This is useful for handling delicate communications where you may be concerned about reprisals.

Having an HOALife generated return email address is another process that will streamline your HOA communications through the HOALife system.
