Overview

As many Associations prefer or are required by statute to have a website platform, HOALife is happy to offer this feature at no extra cost. The purpose behind this feature is to allow Boards the ability to create a basic website for their Association if they so choose.

HOALife Website Feature

Your website will be automatically set up with a link to the HOALife Owner’s portal as well as your Document Repository. We will provide you with your unique website address that can be shared immediately.

Remember, only documents and folders set to the “Anyone” permission in your HOALife Document Repository will show and be viewable. 

To assist you in starting this website we can also add a few items such as a photo, description, and a contact us page that you can easily update as well.

Once enabled, you can navigate to your Association drop down page on your dashboard to Website, in order to make any additions or edits to your Association website:

You are able to add any rich text ie. words, photos, or links as well as html content to the components if you wish. Some ideas may be a list of current board members, photos of your clubhouse, or a list of upcoming events. You are also able to add additional pages to your website for any information that you feel would be pertinent to those visiting your site.
