The Document Repository is a a way to store and share files with varying levels of access: with your fellow association managers, per-property, only with property owners, or anyone with access to your website.
Association-level Document Repository
For files which are not specific to a given property. Specify access per folder or document for HOALife Dashboard users, Property Owners via the HOALife Homeowner Portal, or anyone via our Website Widget Embed.

Property-level Document Repository
For files which are specific to a given property. Specify access per folder or document for HOALife Dashboard users or Property Owners via the HOALie Homeowner Portal. Create a Property-level Document Repository by navigating to Properties > the property in question > Property Document Repository section > + New Folder.

Permissions
Control where a file can be accessed with the permissions control. Permissions can be set at the folder or document level, restricting access automatically.
- Anyone: Visible to visitors via the Website Widget Embed, property owner Portal, or users logged into the HOALife Dashboard.
- Property Owners and Dashboard Users: Visible to visitors to the property owner Portal or users logged into the HOALife Dashboard. Formally referred to as System Users.
- Dashboard Users: Visible to users logged in to the HOALife Dashboard.
Website Widget Embed
Use our website widget embed to automatically publish folders and documents with the Anyone permission to your association website. This small Javascript script will automatically create and display a folder structure on your website. The Website Widget Embed is always up-to-date.
Installation
To get the Website Widget Embed script, visit the root level of the Document Repository to copy/past the HTML script tag. Insert the HTML script tag into your website in the location where you want the repository data to be shown. The script will replace itself with HTML representing the folder structure defined in your Document Repoistory. HOALife is unable to provide further assistance with the installation of the Document Repository Website Widget Embed; contact your website administrator for help installing the widget.

Customization
Customize the look of the Document Repository Website Widget Embed using CSS. HOALife is unable to provide assistance in customizing the look of the Document Repository Website Widget Embed; contact your website administrator for help adding customization CSS. Available CSS classes:
