Changing the Style of a Violation Stock Notice
Updated
by ngugel@hoallife.com
Violation Stock Notices are automatically generated when a violation is created in HOALife. These notices have been created to ensure that all applicable violation notice requirements are met to include a photo of the violation, legal disclosures, and owner portal access.
The Violation Notice itself is not individually customizable. We do offer different versions of this notice that can be used. These options allow you to choose what works best for your association. Although we find that most associations prefer the default notice.
You can navigate to these options by choosing the drop down under "additional stock notice" on the Violation Notice Cover Letter template edit screen:

Once you choose the option that is best for your Association, Click the blue “Update Letter Template” on the bottom right corner of your screen. Please note that once this is changed, it will be applied to all future Violation Notices.
Here are examples of each style. We have highlighted the subtle differences in each style.
