Keeping your community informed should be easy, including when a violating property becomes compliant through Tracking Violation Resolution (Closing). HOALife supports automatic notice, via email, after a violation has been marked as closed.
A Violation Closed email will automatically be sent for a violation after it has been closed if:
- A Violation Closed Email Template exists
- The violation notice was delivered via email
- The violation is the most recent occurrence
- The violation was closed more than 12 hours ago
Remove all Violation Closed email templates to prevent their automated delivery.
