Payments: Charging for Architectural Request Submissions

Some communities want to charge property owners for Architectural Request Submissions from property owners. HOALife supports per-submission fee collection of configurable amounts via Credit Card, Bank Transfer (ACH), or any existing stored payment method.

Adding a Payment Requirement to an Architectural Request Form

Adding a payment requirement to architectural request forms is done like any other request requirement, with a few subtle differences.

1. Start by navigating to Architectural Request Forms in the association dropdown, select the form you'd like to add the payment requirement to, and select edit.

2. Select + Add Form Field, selecting the type Payment. Fill out the title and description appropriately.

3. Specify the Invoice details β€” these are populated from your QuickBoooks Online Products and Services list. This allows you to track this revenue appropriately.

4. Save the Request Form
