What are Deficiencies?
Deficiencies are issues that are noted about Assets either during and Inspection or from the Dashboard. What a Deficiency is to an Asset, a Violation is to a Property. Generally the HOA, rather than an individual property owner, is responsible for the resolution of a Deficiency.
To access an existing deficiancy, or to create a new one, navigate to the Deficiencies page in the dashboard.
On the Deficiencies page, you can filter and sort as needed.
Within an individual Deficiency, you can add notes & Tags, generate work orders, edit, snooze, destroy and mark as "resolved".
