How do I edit CC&R Articles?

Select "CC&R Articles" from the drop down list under the Association name.


You can then select to either "Add CC&R Article" or "Edit" an existing article.


You can also choose to upload a pdf file of your CC&Rs and the system will use AI to scan your governing documents to upload each rule. You will have the ability to choose which rules are imported, as well as edit what is shown. This gives you the flexibility to ensure that the CC&R's reflected are correct for your Association and will be ready for your next inspection. Note: Uploading does not remove the stock articles. You will need to destroy the articles that do not work for you.

Follow the onscreen Tips and create/edit your Article Title, Description and add Violation Types and Resolution Steps.

Tips:

  • If uploading a pdf, you will need to combine all CC&Rs, Rules and Regulations, Board Resolutions, etc. into one file for the system to scan.
  • Although optional, adding a Resolution Step will eliminate the need to add a comment when issuing a violation.
  • Articles can be dragged and dropped to arrange in the order you prefer.
  • Each article must have at least one (1) violation added.
