The optional HOALife Owner Directory allows your property owners to opt-in to sharing their contact information with their neighbors through the owner's portal. This feature is disabled by default.

Only property owners which themselves have opted into sharing their information in the Owner Directory will be able to view the Owner Directory.
How it works
  1. Contact support@hoalife.com to get this feature enabled. Additionally, the Owner Directory requires enablement of HOALife Portal Property Owner Information Update option as well.
  2. Owners will be prompted to opt-in to sharing their ownership information with neighbors.
  3. The Owner Directory will then be visible to the property owner
FAQ

What information is shared?: A property owner's name, emails, and phone numbers, along with their physical street address.

Who can view this information?: Only property owners who have opted in to sharing their information will see other owner's information who have also opted in to sharing their information.

What if I don't opt in?: Your information will not be visible in relation to your physical street address.

What information is needed to search? Once opted in, owners can search the list using a name, address, email or phone number. This can be done with full or partial information.

How an I identify property owners who have not yet opted in?: Once the feature is enabled for your community, you'll have access to the Owner Directory Sharing Status filter, and be able to view when a property owner opted in to sharing their information on the property details page.
